Allison: How do you create an aligned coaching business that aligns with your soul? And the second part that I’d like you to answer is how do you define alignment? Because we hear that term over and over. I think before we used to hear the term balanced, and now we don’t hear that word much anymore. Now it’s alignment.

Allison: So how would you define alignment and then go into how aligning your coaching business with your soul?

Kay: Okay. So for me, alignment is who you are. It’s who you are as a person who you are as Allison. Who I am as Khloud. How I live my life, what are the things that I love doing?

Kay: What are the things that makes me happy? What are the things that gives me joy in my life. This is alignment. The meaning of it, it’s who you are as a person.

Kay: What are the things that you like and want in your life? Things that brings you joy, things that brings you happiness We forget who we are because we are going through a lot of things in our lives.

Kay: We’re working on stuff. There’s mothers, taking care of their kids and they’re not taking care of themselves. So they forget the essence of who they are; how they can be like themselves. This is alignment.
