For years, I used so many daily journals that seemed to NOT check all the boxes for me…
SOOOO, I decided to design my own, and I’m happy to share it with you!
This journal can change you from a dreamer to a doer. It’s designed to help you see what’s right in front of you AND see what’s possible.
Most of the time, it’s our own fears and limiting beliefs that hold us back and keep us stuck. This journal is intended to get those fears and limiting beliefs out of your head, so you can focus on the things that will propel you forward.
The Daily Journal features 6 sections:
Five things you’re grateful for
Your big dreams for the next year, 5 years, even 10 years
Your wins (big or little)
The ACTION you will take each day
Space to doodle your thoughts or write an affirmation
Space to write what’s troubling you (and a way to release it!)
